I recommend you also see a chiropracter. Makes a difference. It did for a friend of mine. Excellent reviewing!

I really wanted to get across that no one should try anything like this if they have undiagnosed injuries. It worries me that the DVD claims to help "injuries".

I like classes too. You get much more from them than doing it alone. But the way I live, I would have to find classes at about 2 a.m. because I am a very late night person so it's DVDs for me!
