Plot Details: This opinion reveals everything about the movie's plot.
Alrighty Playboy home video has released yet another Pamela Anderson DVD and for fans of her I suppose this is good stuff.
Pam is hit or miss with me. Sure she's pretty hot but man, sometimes too much makeup is a bad thing (Checkout Christina Aguilera these days).
For those of you expecting the typical no nonsense Pamela Anderson strutting her stuff nude, walking around in the buff and all that other exciting Playboyish 'sexy' video stuff it's here. I haven't seen any of her other DVDs or VHS tapes but they are all apparently the best scenes from Playboy's past videos of her.
The big surprise for me was the excellent biography they've done on Pam. I love watching E! True Hollywood stories, Biography and other shows in that vein when I get the chance and the documentary on Pamela Anderson matches that quality... only there's plenty of nude vignettes thrown in throughout...which isn't a horrible thing. I am really happy with the history they gave about Pam and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only troubling issue I have with it is that alot of the negative things that have happened to her seem to be overlooked and left out. They barely touched upon her divorce with Tommy Lee, stolen sex videos, no court battles, no nothing. It's quite a gloss over I'm afraid. Therefore this can't truly give one a lesson of Ms. Anderson's life but points to all the key successes she has had over the years to become the superstar that she is today.
A pat on the back for Playboy. They've created an entertaining little piece on Pammy even if it's only painted perfect. The DVD holds so much extra stuff it's nuts. Virtually every photograph she's ever done for the magazine can be seen in a slideshow, a few other unmentionables. I personally didn't find really any interest in them and became quite bored quickly. Those of you who collect Pam pictures and stuff on your computers, etc. may think this is cool to have, hmm, I should tell that buddy of mine about this DVD.
Overall a good package for Playboy or Pam enthusiasts but I don't think anyone else would have much interest in owning this DVD. A worthy rental perhaps.
