I don't think Joe was seen to be in the wrong for wanting to go to the men's division, but more that he was wrong thinking it was better to coach men and that coaching women was rather a waste. Instead, he decided that the women deserved a good coach and there was just as much honor in coaching them.
Just my 2 cents on an excellent review!

To this day I still have not seen this movie or My Big Fat Greek Wedding... I have seriously got to get on the stick. Or should I say, "on the ball".. heh heh

the papers were having pull-outs of David Beckham's book/life story. I came home sick to death of him, although I love football. Can't take the English out of me.

Our local library is showing this as part of their "free kid's movies" series ... I'll definitely try to take my kids ... 'cause I want to see the movie too! *LOL*
