Lequiqui's Full Review: Firm - Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs
Plot Details: This opinion reveals no details about the movie''s plot.
The Firm Maximum Cardio Burn was not well reviewed on another site so I was hesitant to purchase and try it, but I succomed. As I enjoy diversity in my workout, as well as complexity which include dance and boxing moves, this video was great for me. I was not bored.
Perhaps it's not the strongest video for a beginner to follow; as the choreography changes rapidly. For someone who likes quick pace changes and variety, it's wonderful.
You will get the maximum cardio burn from this workout, with the hi/low alternating sets, which integrate intense toning, from a standing position. Some of the moves require good core strength. The other benefits of this workout is the length of the sets, this is NOT one of those brief 20 minute total workouts. This is for the serious aerobic aspirant. The sets are long and strong.
THE FIRM promises results and of most videos, they are the most balanced, lengthwise and for effectiveness. The drawback to THE FIRM, is that you need their fanny lifter and stick. I substituted with my own light weight bar and extended step. If you don't have these substitutions, you can't do this workout. Regardless, it's a great routine.
