I'm tempted to see this (Reply to this comment)

because I have such a British fetish. Maybe I'll wait for it to hit HBO, though...

Refreshing! (Reply to this comment)
by Jev04again
I've not yet seen this movie, but I've made plans to take my friend's 14-year old daughter to see it ~ it's a tradition she and I have, to go see these 'feel good' movies together. Last one was 'Freaky Friday'- it was a blast! Mandy Moore is a breath of fresh air anyway, compared to the other bad-news makers ~ their poor decision-making (Britney), dangerous choices (Whitney), nit-picking (Britney/Christina), "I-me-mine" (all of the above) mentalities are wearing thin for this grown up. I hope Mandy's movie makes it big, and I admire her grace at her young age to keep making smart decisions.
Great review dear! I always enjoy reading your entries~

In your netflix queue?
How'd ya manage that? It was just released in theaters last Friday...
Wouldn't surprise me if it made a fast release to DVD though. Cute, but not a money maker for the theaters I don't think.

Sounds like.... (Reply to this comment)

This sounds like a little different version of that movie that's always on the Disney channel: First Kid in which Sinbad plays a Secret Service agent hired to protect the bratty young child of the President.
As much as I hate to admit it (but only between you and I, Doc, lol) I watch that movie every time it's on Disney. Call me a kid...I don't care!
This movie is already somewhere in my current list of 68 movies on queue at NetFlix.
