Hi John!
Even though I hadn't thought it would be a good film, I was intrigued to see what they'd do with the idea... (and I trust my review explains why you didn't see Paxton in the trailor?!!?)

Hmmmm (Reply to this comment)

I used to watch this as a kid, and I was intrigued to see it was being produced as a live action film. Then I saw the trailer on TV, and noticed that Paxton was absent from it. Curious.
Still, I'll catch this at some point. Enjoyed your perspective!
Cheers,
John

Hehe... when I saw the trailers and read a review that gave it only two stars, I really wasn't expecting much.
So you're another Anthony Edwards fan, huh? He's brilliant in this... though not a bit like Dr Green!
Hope you enjoy the film.

this movie to be that good. so you're giving four stars and saying that Dr. Green's in it? I may have to check it out...

Eeek... found out for not following my own advice again...
Sorry, I thought everyone knew about Thunderbirds... must be a UK thing. I'll update accordingly. Thanks for pointing out my omission!

Ummmmmmm...
Huh??
I may have seen the show in passing once (I vaguely remember the name and can hazily recall some puppets) but basically haven't a clue about the show.
I would gather it takes place in the future? After reading your synopsis a few times I just can't quite picture the film's setting. Perhaps a basic 'what's going on' sort of thing about the show would help.

The commercials look really dodgy and although I'd had high anticipation for this film, after seeing a few ads I wasn't quite sure I'd like it. Sounds as if I'll really enjoy it though, so it's back on my must-see list again. I loved the show when I was a kid (thanks for reminding me I'm so much older than you!)
Great job, congrats on being first. (I see you're gonna hit 300 soon too!)
