Well disk 2 that is that is the actual WORKOUT!!! It will kick your butt..... I am still so sore from that thing and you will walk away knowing you had a great workout.... as far as the others when I get in the shape i want to be at with disk 2 then i will start all the others.....

Thank you! Ironically, someone read it and wrote me asking if I would sell the set to her and I did. lol.
Now I strip to Jeff Costa. And soon...I am getting a new strip DVD. Hey, whatever gets the blood pumping, right?
