yotaruvegeta's Full Review: Baki the Grappler - Vol. 4: Tough Love
Plot Details: This opinion reveals minor details about the movie''s plot.
In the first episode, Baki has gathered all of his former opponents, his friends, to see him fight Yujiro. In the following episode, Lullaby, is the moment everyones been waiting for. Lullaby is the best episode of the series thus far. Its hard to not spoil what happens because there are subsequent volumes of Baki The Grappler.
The next episode, Reflections, is basically a recap episode about how far Baki has become as a fighter since episode 1. The final episode is about Bakis new journey and further growth, and his 2 year journey to become the greatest fighter ever. Now Bakis a bit older, and sports a new look, as more observant people may have spotted from the opening credits.
I am really into the show now, and this is the Baki Hanma I remember from the Baki movie. Theres even a visual reference to the way Baki would drink carbonated beverages in the original movie. Im ready for Baki to fight people around the world, but I hope it doesnt take too long.
Extras
The usual. Mr Stain on Junk Alley is a new addition to the extras. Mr. Stain is only good to watch if youre really, really bored.
