Pros:Purple box.
 Cons:Crappy product with crappy support.

Nuance has to be one of the worst software companies in the world. Paperport 14 repeatedly crashes when accessing files on a network. Support is "pay-as-needed" and often poor even when you submit to the extortion and pay the fee for support. Can't think of a worse product right at the moment. Don't buy this program if you are looking for a stable application to scan and store documents!
