I needed a fax machine at home for occasional use. I have always liked Brother products, and have read they make the best fax machines. So I started comparing them online, and the Brother 560 came out on top in my comparison.
The price and size of the machine was what first got my attention. Then the Brother name was a factor. This fax will fit in a very small space, easy to setup, quiet and a great purchase. It also has automatic pickup. No switches to turn it off or on. Also, if you pick up an extension phone by accident and hear the fax tone, you can punch in a code so that the fax will continue, otherwise it would be interrupted. An added benefit is that it makes very good copies. I've also read the maintenance on this machine is much cheaper than other fax machines that require expensive drums, toner.
The Brother 560 is perfect for the low volume operator at home. I don't think you will be disappointed at all.
