Pros:speed, no warm up time, cheap to use.
 Cons:black & white, cheaply made paper tray.

I don't know about anyone else here but my PC430 is a black & white printer! It is perfect for home use. It's fast, cheap to maintain, takes up only a small portion of my desk and has no warm up time!

This thing has saved my butt on many occasions! I love the thing!
