Note:  While I have not been plagued with the scourge of Breast Cancer others in my family have.  AND, even if I already have two of a product and do  not need another, as often as possible I do seek out items having a Breast Cancer Awareness focus and  make the purchase no matter how many I already have. 

 I like that a portion of Portion of the proceeds garnered from sales of these pretty pink clips will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 

 I wear pink, I think pink and support the organizations creating products designed to heighten awareness of the public to the misery.  I will purchase pink items to give to others to help further interest and knowledge for this awful scourge. 

And will buy one more of items I already have just to let the manufacturer know that there are those of us out here who will and do buy pink items in an effort to further the cause.

Osage County First Grade likes Paper Clips especially when they are good sized, and characteristically Breast Cancer pink. 

These PVC free clips are coated for easy sliding usage for clipping bulky stacks of paper if that is desired.  I like that Clips are packaged in a reusable PVC free tub; Osage County First Grade is into recycling. 

We use a good few paper clips in the classroom where I find them to be a dandy device.  Clips are used to as rewards for a job well done, a nice work page completed, as well as for use during math reinforcement activities when Little Learners are working to perfect patterning skills, counting skills and more.
 While I personally have not been afflicted with this particular medical blight; many of my students, as well as myself, have lost loved ones to the scourge. I lost a beloved family member, my cousin who was my age and a life long friend succumbed to the awful disease a decade ago and I miss her very dearly.  These bright pink clips motivate curiosity, concentration and awareness and may offer moments to enlighten those who may not realize the importance for buying pink.
