Little Cayman has some of the best diving in the world.
I went with my wife recently, and most of our dives were on the wall (I can't remember the name) that starts in 20-30 feet of water and drops vertical to 4,000 feet. Visibility was 100+ feet with warm water (no wetsuit) and lots to see. At some times of the day there is a slight to strong current that runs along the wall, so be careful.
It's a rare pleasure to dive a location with a wall that's totally vertical. Many other dive places will advertise a wall that's "vertical" only to find that it slopes at a 45 degree angle.
To put it another way, don't drop your weight belt here. ;)
Be very careful of your depths when diving here. Since it a "friendly" spot, it's easy to inadvertently drift deep water.
On our dives we saw a variety of marine life including sea turtles, nurse sharks, groupers, and tons of tropicals. I would say this set of dives at this location were some of my favorite ocean dives ever. (I have logged over 500 separate dives all over the world.) You can even do the wall dive as a 100 yard-out shore dive!
