halo13's Full Review: Garmin eTrex Legend Handheld GPS Receiver
This is my first GPS unit. So I'm still learning how to use it. So far, pretty satisfied. I found it on sale for $119 at Office Max when other stores were $169-$199. I bought two and gave one to my boyfriend they were so cheap.
Things I like: cost, lightweight, the map detail, options, buttons, easy to connect to computer and do uploads, simple to use.
Things I don't like so much: The software is darn expensive, I'm not left handed (buttons in weird positions for righties), 8 MB isn't really that much, antenna (I went hiking and the signal dropped in and out through the trees).
