Pros:Foldable, Nice wire length, Soft ear pieces, easy to wear for a long time.
Cons:Although collapsible its still a little bulky. No "cool" factor.
The Bottom Line: These are name brand headphones for under 10 bucks. They have lasted me for over a year and my ears have never hurt. A quality build and good performance.
I got a gift certificate to amazon.com from a relative and I didn't want to spend more than I was allotted. So I picked out a couple things I needed and I was left with like 11 bucks.

Now I own probably around 7 pairs of semi broken headphones, I don't get it they all just seem to break on me. By this time I had had enough with buying good headphones and replacing them every 6 months. So I set out looking for the best headphones I could buy for under $11.
These bad boys and some in-ear ones and some other generic sets were my only options. There were three reasons I chose the Panasonic ones: 1 they had the longest wire length of the competition (very handy), 2 they carry the Panasonic name (i own other Panasonic products and they haven't broken), and finally 3 because it had an in-wire volume adjustment. I never had a pair of headphones with the in-wire adjustment on it so i was intrigued.
I'm very happy with my purchase, I've owned these headphones for over a year and they are still my favorites. The foam on the ear pieces is the most comfortable of all the headphones I own. I have headphones with longer wires, but these suit me just fine. The sound quality is good, but Sony headphones produce more and lower bass tones. Lets keep in mind how much these things cost though. I feel that the sound quality of headphones only gets better once you cross the 40 dollar priceline, if your buying a set for under $40, you might as well get the cheapest ones you can.
