| txroadrunner's Full Review: Palo Duro Canyon State Park |
Who says the plains and panhandle of Texas is boring? Well, they better look again. For those interested in a great hiking experience, then hit the Light House trail for an excursion through the wonderful caprock wilderness. Lots of critters to see and at the end, try to make it all the way to the top of the top.
Visit the other trails to hike and explore. This is one experience that will never be forgotten. For more 411, visit : http://www.txroadrunners.com.
Finally, this park is not far from Canyon and Amarillo so you can visit the park in the morning and see other sights in the afternoon.
