Pros: Fantastic when it worked. All the features made sense and saved money.
Cons: Servicing has been terrible and seems dishonest. We can't seem to get an straight answer.
The Bottom Line: I am heartbroken. I expected this to last a lifetime and figured if it didn't, we would have stellar service – which has not been the case.

I would have written the most glowing review about this product less than 2 months ago. It washed everything better than I could have imagined and it was genuinely sensitive enough to save me a bundle on dry cleaning of fine garments such as cashmere and silk. I told anyone who asked how pleased I was.
However, I have just spent over 2 months trying to get it repaired with no end in site. The problem started when I noticed a gaping hole broken in an agitation paddle after washing some jeans and towels. There was also some damage to the door seal that seems to be related to whatever happened when things fractured. It was a surprise really – that because the machine spins at 1800 rpm – that more damage was not done to both our clothing and the machine.
We called our sales rep and he put us on to the repair group responsible for this machine. We have since been told because this machine 'never fails' we must have been washing rocks or something, that it is our fault and that the warranty will not cover this repair. I
None of the parts required to repair it are stocked here, so we have now waited 8 weeks to find out they still have not been shipped from Germany. No one seems to be able to tell us when we can expect to get this fixed.
Interestingly, this has all been determined by us sending in digital photos of the damage we see and no one has actually come out to look at the machine to see if there is further damage.
