Good phone if you are planning to use it as a single phone. If you connect more than one 964 and plan to use the Auto Attendant, you are asking for trouble. The Auto Attendant will route the calls to the correct extension, but when the caller is done leaving her voicemail and has hung up, the phone will not disconnect the phone. The phones (all connected 964s) will continue ringing like crazy until you pick up a headset. When you pick up a headset, the operator will say "If you'd like to make a call..." I purchased three for my small law office, I returned them after 3 weeks. Not worth the small fortune you have to shell out for this phone.
