Pros: cleans the air well with no harmful ozone, and does not need filters

Cons: short cord, no fan

I am skeptical about using this item, but im finding it works well to clean the air. Within the first few minutes I notice a clean, warm stream of air that is comforting. It does not produce ozone, and has no expensive filters to change, two important factors for a good air purifier. Im surprised to find this works so well. I decided to write a short review because it is worthy of praise.
