Pros: Good picture, sound and features, but only in the store.
Cons: Like many from China, ours didn't work at all. Second set worked, but poor sound.

| hfruehauf's Full Review: Apex Digital AT2402 24 inch TV |
Bought an Apex 24" model AT2402 TV (a/k/a a "KLH Digital") which displayed and sounded well at Best Buy, and cost only $l39.95. It looked nice with semi-flat screen; 3 AV inputs plus S-video looked good, too.
Wrong! Once at home, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED--no picture, no sound or functions at all. It was the usual, red Chinese junk. There are two stereo versions, 2402S and 2408S, but not available locally.
Afterward, I found many negative remarks of similar failures on Circuit City's website. Ours, however, set the speed record as dead from the start. Rather than 2-way shipping for another failure, we'll go back and test another IN THE STORE first.
UPDATE: A week later, we had the store connect another to prove it worked. Picture and sound seemed OK, so we bought it. At home, the sound was VERY fuzzy and static-laden, varying by channel. We planned to take it back.
2ND UPDATE: We did, indeed, take it back as subpar and bought a different, bargain set at Sears, a Sylvania "23 Monitor Receiver" for about $20.00 more with a narrower body, acceptable picture and sound and an easy remote. At least it works.
