Good Product - Bad Customer Service

Pros: The dvd player played everything, from mp3, cds, dvd, dvd-r backups, and more.
Cons: The customer service in being able to order replacement parts is horrible.

...for the low rating, but you just don't tell me much. You say you like Apex products and then go on to say your AC adapter was stolen, and now you are recieving poor customer service. How does this help the consumer looking to buy a DVD player?

Please explain how it works, what's nice about it, what you didn't like about it, and basically the sorts of things people would want to know if they were researching which DVD player is the best to buy. Be sure to let me know if you make any updates. 		Nov 05 '04
