This is the best Webcam I have ever used and I have used a lot, even some which were supposed to be very high quality from Kodak. This beats them all. It does everything: has privacy shutter which doubles as a mute switch, BUILT in high quality noise cancelling MIC which picks up a whisper in any room--better than any speakerphone I have ever used, auto focus, auto white balance, auto exposure, 30fps, good resolution, good dynamic range for a webcam. Single cable firewire interface for power, audio, video REALLY cuts down on cord clutter. The included mounts (3) are OK but not great. There ARE some really COOL 3rd party mounts just for the iSight though.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....nothing comes close. I like it so much and use it so much I am considering purchasing a second just for the laptop.
When used with iChat I have UNINTERRUPTED audio and video. The audio quality is BETTER than cell phone quality!!
