klumberg's Full Review: Arm's Reach Original Co-Sleeper
After much research before having our first child we decided to buy an Arm's Reach co-sleeper instead of a bassinet. It was absolutely one of the best decisions we could have made. After I got the co-sleeper home and unpacked it the set-up was straightforward and easy. The only difficulty I ran into was with the height of the unit itself. I needed to purchase a leg extension kit for $20 so that the co-sleeper would be at the right height. Words cannot even describe how happy I am not to have to get out of the bed in the night to comfort, feed, or change our son! To feed or comfort him I just reach over, pick him up and bring him into our bed. I can change him by leaving him in the co-sleeper and staying in my place as well. It's also great to be so close to him and able to see him throughout the night. This seems to help him feel more secure as well.
