Beware! Horrible product/bad customer service

Pros: There are absolutely NO pros to owning this product.

Cons: Hard to clean Food burns easily Non stick surface peels off Customer service stinks!

The Bottom Line: Don't buy this or any other product from this company.

Ordered this from the infomercial and didn't do any research beforehand. What a mistake! The product is shoddily made of cheap plastic and very difficult to clean. When food burns on the "non-stick" cooking surface you can't get it clean because you can't put it in the dishwasher or under running water. The food doesn't cook evenly and I dread using it because of how hard it is to clean. I burn my fingers because if you don't clean it right after you take the food out then you have to scrub it and then the "non-stick" surface comes off. Customer service is a joke! They are unhelpful and lie just to get you off the phone. I called 3 different times within 6 months and each person told me a different lie and then the last rep (Amy) told me it was past 90 days and there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me no they did not do that since she answered my question and could only get the supervisor if she couldn't answer my question.
They sign you up for a recipe club and continue to charge your credit card even when you call to cancel and will not give any refunds. Beware of this product and especially beware of anything this company sells! They practice very bad business. RUN FAR AWAY FROM PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! They only want your money and not your satisfaction.
