| frogz's Full Review: Audiophase CDT420M Personal CD Player |
45 seconds anti shock, digital FM radio tuner, radio presets, built in charger for metal hydrid/nickle cadmium, and who can forget the mp3 support, this cdplayer works quite well but rejects low quality cdrs quite easily, it also has easily chemically melted plastic, leaving it's own headphones wire on it for a week will cause small indented lines to form, on the plus side i have dropped it down 2 flights of stairs with little or no change in quality of use, the headphones it comes with are poor but do the job if all you listen to is cheap low quality audio(ie Brittany spears) but if you insist on the best i recommend replacing them as soon as you can, they can not handle bass at all although for high pitched music and electric guitars they are quite good, the cdplayer itself has a hair trigger volume control that can go from almost nothing to full volume by brushing against it, also the headphones tend to come out of the jack easily, the remote hasto be fully inserted to work properly, 1 last note, alot of buttons function improperly due to the serial communication between the controls(or remote)/display and the core player, all in all it is a fairly good cdplayer, for $40.00 that is
