Pros: Excellent vocals
Cons: Unpowered, best used with an amp other than a 5 channel receiver

This speaker provides excellent sound quality and high - mid frequency ranges. Vocals are outstanding and the soundstage produced fits within an average sized living room quite well. I have it matched as follows: Rotel 965, 603S2 Fronts, DS6 Surrounds, and ASW1000 Sub.
I will say I would like to have a powered center after testing the overall performance of my system. I may put an amp between the center pre-out and this speaker to gain back a few extra watts to drive the large format front speakers. If you have a high powered receiver or an amp to drive this speaker I highly recommend it. If not, I would consider a powered center.
As you get more and more into audio systems you'll find why systems are available with so many components and possible breakdown and combinations. Unfortunately I discovered this, but other projects in progress have limited my budget for acting on it.
