The Bottom Line: This frame which fits 2 infant car seats is lightweight and maneuverable. A must have for twins.

When we found out we were having twins, we researched all the double strollers on the market, and had almost settled on the graco duoglider. It was the only one which would accept 2 infant carseats (this is a must so that you can transport the little ones from car to stroller to home without actually waking them). The only duoglider was however bulky and heavy. We then discovered the snap n go double which is just a frame that accepts almost any car seat. It was quite easy to assemble, and we even played around with the bars a bit to allow the 2 seats to face each other (not part of the instructions for use). It is lightweight, easy to push, and will get through almost any shopping aisle, and can make sharp turns quite well. The wheels are large and will navigate any terrain. The basket is giant, and can handle large quantities of shopping bags in addition to baby stuff. It collapses very well, but is somewhat long, but easily fits into the trunk of our SUV, and probably fits easily into most cars (it does not in our MINI Cooper tiny trunk). Our babies are now 7 months old and will outgrow their infant car seats in the next month or so, but this has been our best buy so far.
