Pros: Light weight and very portable
Cons: poor seat adjustments- no adjustable foot rests- feet can only dangle
The Bottom Line: This is a fine second stroller of one just for light use. It fits most of the usual stroller needs, in our home when we baby sit.

| popsrocks's Full Review: Baby Trend Trendsport Lite 1520 Standard Stroller |
As a grandpa to five grand-daughters I see them often. I thought our home was finished with all the baby trappings. Nope. We own a car seat, walker, baby bouncer, a play pen, a high chair and more. We relatively recently added the Trendsport Lite stroller to the baby support system.
We didn't need anything heavy duty. We bring it downstairs when we need it and then store it away again. It's used for rocking baby to sleep outside in our yard or for convenience inside. Just last night I was babysitting for two sisters, all alone! Yikes!! It reminds me of my Mr. Mom days.
These grand daughters are three years and the other one and a half. Either one fits in the stroller well. The older child was in a high chair for dinner while I fed the little one in the stroller. Our trio dinner went well.
The stroller IS light with a frame weight of twelve pounds. It's actually too lightweight for daily hard use. It would have fallen all apart by now. The frame is decent but the pads and structure inside isn't sturdy however, it's easy to use, convenient and does most of what I need from it.
What Pops Likes
I like the large 5 1/2" wheels, front and back. It rolls and turns smoothly. The locks hold well and release easily. The padded handle feels good on the hands.
It's more narrow than full-size strollers. That's good for me for mostly in-the-house use. It folds down flat easily, and stores in a fairly tight area. The two-step system to close the stroller (a finger slide and then a full hand pull) is a good safety feature and, though takes a little muscle, works well.
Though not needed, I like the very large underneath storage area. The canopy is a good size and slides open and closed with a sort of snap action that holds it in place well.
I also like the baby tray that snaps out for easy cleaning or can simply stay off when just using the stroller for a quick nap for a little one, not me. Also cool is the parent cup holder. I'm able to strut down the street with baby and a place for a cold beer. OK, maybe I won't be walking the town with a cold one but the duo holders are convenient. The parent tray also snaps off easily for cleaning.
What Ol' Grouchy Pops Dislikes
Though the back locks into position easily and firmly, the two positions stink. One position isn't flat enough for comfortable napping and the other doesn't bring baby up forward enough to sit upright properly.
The three-point harness is a joke to snap open. Even my hands, that are pretty strong, have a problem with it.
Last Thoughts
This is an inexpensive lightweight stroller that fits my needs but I can only recommend it for light work or as a second more portable stroller.
