151 is a love/hate relationship. I love drinking it, I hate myself three hours later. Being that I am not of drinking age until December, all of my experiences with 151 are likely to be a bit different than most peoples. 151 is some strong stuff, and I imagine that most people mix it and drink it. My friends and I back in the day however had only one plan for 151, and that was to get drunk like there's no tomorrow. And as I'm sure you know, nothing does the job better than 151. I've never mixed it, and I probably never will, if you can get past the first few shots, then there's no need to mix it, you will have built up a tolerance. It is one of the few liquors I can say that I truly enjoy the taste/aftertaste of. It's also especially great for lighting on fire. Since I don't have much more to say than I love this liquor and Watch Out!, I'll give you a little story about lighting it on fire. About four years ago with my friends, the fun thing to do was to get a bunch of booze and a hotel room, since there we could be a good bit louder than in our own homes. I had never lit an liquor on fire before, and figured that nothing would burn better than my shot of 151. Sure enough, it lit up like a christmas tree. I blew it out and slammed my shot. All was good. One of my buddies saw me do this and thought that was the coolest thing in the world. He immediately poored a shot for himself. Problem is he was pretty sloshed and he poored the shot all up and down his arm and in the shot glass. When he lit the shot, his arm went up in flames too...in a scared reaction he tossed the shot on the bed, which began to burn too. Luckily since the fire burns the alcohol before it burns what it's on, nothing was damaged. Though I know this was pretty stupid, I look back with the fondest of memories for 151.
