...one I enjoyed reading as a newly-married bachelor at 54 looking for his first, detached home, but still needing to resurrect his wife's condo's ivory wall-to-wall and the Orientals-over-parquet in my own, largely to erase smoke and dirt from mine, cat barf and smell in hers and the ultimate sale of both.

Thus, we have good use for such a gadget and this bugger looks good. Thanks for your tips and I'll follow them.

I only suggest that you pull up the germ-ridden kitchen carpeting asap, ignore ceramic or woody-looking options which our big-town neighbors have flocked to and think more rationally than they.

Why not put down a nice-looking, sheet vinyl floor there which will look clean, be clean and stay clean and shiny with little care for a long time at a very low price? Look at sales on Tarkett, urethane-coated, vinyl and, maybe, the same, or stone/ceramic for the baths. I'm liable to do much the same in our new home and to keep things simple despite the "Joneses'" efforts to do things differently. Thanks for your tips!

Thus, we have good use for such machines and this bugger looks good. Thanks for your tips and, I suggest, tear up the kitchen carpeting asap, ignore ceramic tile, and put down a nice-looking sheet vinyl there which will stay looking new, shiny and easy to clean for a very low price. Thanks.
