I've been shopping around for quite sometime now for a good steam mop. I've done lots of research and I've looked at lots of other products out there. The Bissell 1867 steam mop had by far the best reviews that I've found out of all other similar products. I've used the Shark steam mop, and I wasn't really pleased with the results. When I received my Bissell Steam Mop, I couldn't wait to use it. Within 2 minutes, it was out the box, assembled, and ready for use. I have been having this one little black spot on my floor for years now, so I decided that would be the first test. Within seconds, the spot was gone. I couldn't believe it removed it that quick! I've tried everything I could think of on that little bothersome spot with no results, and within a few seconds it was gone. Second test...candle wax on my ceramic tiles that my cat spilled over. Gone in only a few seconds with no harsh scrubbing! Third test...Scotch tape from wrapping Christmas presents on my floor that have started to accumulate dirt around the edges. You guessed it...GONE in only a few seconds! I noticed things coming up off of my floors that I thought were parts of the tile. I even used it on a spot in my bedroom carpet and it actually got it up. I am completely sold to the Bissell 1867 Steam Mop! I am throwing out my dirty mop and bucket and will never use anything else on my floors. I also love the fact that it not only cleans, but sanitizes as well. This has got to be the best thing I have ever bought to clean my house with. My floors look amazing!!! 
The only thing that bothers me a little bit, is that the cord isn't as long as I wish it was. That is the only thing I've found negative about it, but it will definitely not keep me from using it. I'll just get an extension if I need it that bad, but for now I'll just plug into another receptacle.
