Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine is the best kitchen toy I've ever bought

Pros: Kneads whole wheat doughs thoroughly. Easy to clean. Blender attachment. Powerful.

Cons: Not as pretty as a KitchenAid.

I make whole wheat bread regularly, and the KitchenAid professional just didn't cut it. I returned it after a week and got a Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine. Since then (3 years ago) I've been thrilled with my Bosch. In addition to whole wheat breads, I've used it to make marshmallows, cookie batter, grind oats (in the blender), and make frozen drinks.
