Bosch SUCKS - DON'T BUY A BOSCH PRODUCT

Pros: Pros not worth mentioning vs. the flaws.
Cons: Noisy and heavy vibrating machines. Mold buildup in flawed liner.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy. Design flaws. Made for concrete floors but they do not tell you that. Heavy vibrations and very noisy. Liner builds up constant mold.

Two major problems. Constant mold buildup in the rubber liner and heavy loud vibration in spin cycles. Just had Bosch repairman to check out these problems. He said they were not problems that the mold issue is just there and nothing that can be done, just have to keep washing inside liner with bleach. The way the liner is made it always holds a little water and mold forms. That is not something I want to hear for a $1000 washer. As for the noise and vibration he said that is also normal for Bosch. Said he has had many calls to check out and has talked to Bosch people and they said the machines are basically made to run right on concrete floors. Now how many people have concrete floors in their laundry room. They state the rpms are so high that anything less than concrete floors will not prevent the machine from vibrating. The noise is unbearable. He actually stated that these machines are made for SMALL loads and anything over 2 towels will cause the vibrating and loud noise problem. He said he has been out on a ton of calls over this and Bosch keep telling him that is just the way it is. Cost me $69 dollars to find out that Bosch has design flaws and they know about it and just do not care.
I also went to the Bosch web site and emailed them on these matters weeks ago and despite their claim they respond within 5 days to emails it has been over three weeks without any response. Do not buy Bosch, they don't care. There are problems and they refuse to acknowledge or let you know until after you buy their product then they say you have to live with it.
