I hate this washer and dryer

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product unless you want to spend many hours washing and drying clothes. They are the least efficient I have ever owned.

This washer and dryer are by far the worst products I have ever owned. I'm giving them away even though I paid $2200 for the pair.
My husband picked them out because of the name and efficiency. Every time I do laundry (which is about 2 small loads a week) we have an argument, and he ends up not talking to me. For what you save in water, you lose in time because they take so long to do 1 load. (I went to work and told my co-workers I couldn't do anything on the weekend because I was being "held prisoner" by my new washer and dryer).
The whites are dingy, and wrinkled beyond repair, (the washer has ruined every cotton shirt and skirt I own, I have to hang them on hangers, put them on the clothes line, hose them down and let them drip dry to get most of the big wrinkles out), and smells moldy everytime I open the door. If I could get in touch with Bosch, and find out how to ship them back to their engineering department I would pay the shipping, just to give them back. They dont seem to care about customer relations because I've tried many ways to get in touch with them, no results.
The dryer takes 117 minutes to dry clothes. I was stunned the first time I put clothes in to dry. Even if you do towels the dryer does not shut off, it just keeps beeping and drying. If I put a load of towels in before leaving for work the dryer is still running when I get home. What a nightmare.
I have not seen any difference in energy savings with this product.
Never will ever spend my good money on a Bosch product.
