Nothing but problems with the unit and customer service. I have been fighting with Bosch for over a year to replace the door and plastic on the top control panel. I was told that it was due to misuse. I was persistent and kept calling as the cracking was getting worse. I was told by the technician that came out that if I keep calling them, they would eventually do something. I kept calling and complaining, the cracking got worse and worse. Apparently there is only 90 day warranty on cosmetics on this unit. Anyway, I finally convinced Bosch 3 months ago to replace the plastic parts, and finally the parts came in 2 days ago. I now have a different problem! I thought that they were just going to replace the plastic on the top panel, but it turns out that they actually replaced the whole control panel. Now when I try to dry with the automatic settings such as Regular Dry or Very Dry, the machine goes through the motions for about five minutes and then shuts off like the clothes are dry....but they are not. I now have to dry my clothes on timed dry and keep checking on them.

This is only minor to the problems I am having with the matching washer. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT PIECE OF JUNK!!
