Don't listen to that other review, it works perfect for me. You have to put in audio CD's, not data CD's there is a difference. You have to look on the blank CD's what type of CD it is(they'll say it on the package). So don't rip off the cdr's from you office IT department and try to use them for audio CDs. Data CD's never work good for audio anyway. I've used this product so far and burned around 20 CDs, they all work fine, and have played them in about 10 different types of CD players and they all worked. They have a simple copy feature that is really easy to use, just read the 1 page quick instruction they give you. I paid $330 for it at digital kingdom, for the price you can't beat this.
