Pros: Works well when it works
Cons: Hopeless customer service when it does not
The Bottom Line: Don't buy one. Look for something that has decent customer service and that will replace a new machine with a new machine rather than a refurbished one.

We liked the product while it worked. But when the cartridge began jamming, the fun began. First you try to get through to their "service centre". That is difficult. Then they send you to the local service centre if you want it fixed. The centre moved six months ago and once we finally found it, they kept the machine and claimed to be working on it. We finally gave up. They had not looked at it.
Then they offered to send us a refurbished machine- a broken one that had been fixed. That was our only option. The machine is less than a year old and not heavily used so rather than throw it out, we agreed reluctantly. It arrived yesterday. It is in worse shape than our original. It has the same problem and it screeches rather than just showing the alarm. Now we have 24 hours in which to return it and they will send us another refurbished one. Well, the major problem with them appears to be jammed cartridges and they don't appear to have a fix for it so I am not sure why I would want yet another one.
"Customer service" is non-existent. Just hope that your machine keeps functioning.
