WOW! I've owned and loved my Canon S900 for a couple of years now. Photos are great, and printing is fast. I've never been overly thrilled with the noise of the printer, and the text is ok. I watched and waited while the i series came and went. But today I made the leap after reading good reviews about the IP5000. I have to say it's just AMAZING! Much quieter, very fast, text is great, and the photos -- I don't think prints from a photo lab could be any better. It's easy to setup. I printed an 8 x 11 full frame photo (from a 5 mp file - Sony 717 camera) and all I can say is WOW!
