I had a chance to rent a chrysler Pacifica for a week and drove it everyday. You know everyone has opinions and here is mine with all the pro's and Con's that I picked out. I will give you the specs later. If you purchase one they start out at a price of about $25,00.00 and go up depending on the extras that you add to the vehicle.
WE drove the Pacifica over 1700 miles on our vacation and lets start with the cons. On the road, the nest mileage that we got per gallon of gasoline was 19 miles per gallon, according to the vehicles own gasoline consumption gauge in the Pacifica. Ther is a lot of room to stretch out in the plush seats and they are very confortable and the first two rows both recline. If you happen to be stuck in the last row is where the problem lies, the seats are closer together and get into and out of the third row, you almost have to crawl over the seats. If you require all rows of seating, the storage space is very small in the back. All rows of seats except the front will fold over giving you access to additional storage if you don;t have additional passengers.
The good things about the Pacifica is that it is very comfortable and has all the gadgets, including outside temparature and a compass, and the gasoline gauge tells you approximately how many miles to empty. It costs about forty dollars to fill the tank from empty, it holds about twenty gallons of fuel. My wile is short and she did not like the front passengers side because it sits real low and doesn't have seats that raise up as the drivers side. The car almost drives itself and has excellent cornering for a SUV, don't be fooled though there is not as much room as a MIni Van. WE had four of us on our trip and with the luggage we were full. The outside of the vehicle is designed well and looks great from the front view. It is a classy vehicle for the family if you can handle the gas mileage and you only have one or two more people who will ride in the back. On second thought you can get all the specs by visiting Chrysler's web site so I want bore you with them. Overall the vehicle handles good as I said and holds the road with a smooth, quiet ride. If you like SUV's, you should probably take a close look at it
