No liquor collection or bar is complete without a bottle of Chambord Liqueur. This very sweet liqueur is perfect for dressing up desserts or sweetening up some cocktails.
Chambord Liqueur Royale Deluxe

This is a 33 proof (16½% alcohol by volume liqueur that is made by Charles Jacquin Et Cie in Chambord, France. This drink is very sweet, fruit packed, and fairly low in alcohol. You can drink it straight, like a sherry or a port, but it is best consumed mixed with other beverages or even ice cream desserts.
This is a raspberry-based liqueur, and it is made is small batches using ripe black raspberries that are hand picked. The raspberries are infused in Cognac that has been barrel aged for a minimum of four years. Other fruits are added to the mixture after the primary infusion of the black raspberries: blackberry, currant, and red raspberry.
Some other spices are added, such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger and vanilla, as well as some other extracts from oranges and lemons. None of these flavors are very pronounced. A measure of acacia honey is added to the final mixture, and all is then returned to wood barrels for a short "marriage" period to allow the flavors to blend.
Color: Very dark purple.
Nose: Intense blackberry and raspberry tones.
Flavor: All the caneberry flavors are in here: red and black raspberry, blackberry; the currant flavor is nearly hidden.

This liqueur is available at almost all fine package liquor stores. Expect to pay about $18 for a 375 ml bottle. I have only seen this liqueur packaged in the round 375 ml bottles.
Recommendations

There are a couple of sweet things that I really enjoy this liqueur with. One: dark Lindt bittersweet chocolate. Two: Breyer's or Haagen Daz French Vanilla ice cream served with fresh raspberries and a liberal amount (¾ - 1 ounce) of Chambord. This is a great dessert liqueur.
It is also a good liqueur for mixing cocktails.
Chambord & Champagne -- Can't go wrong with this one. Pour in a little Chambord in the bottom of a Champagne flute and fill with a nice Blanc de Blanc or Blanc de Noir Champagne.

Raspberry Long Island Ice Tea -- Okay... this one will sedate more anyone. A very nice cocktail.
1 oz Chambord liqueur
1 oz Gin
1 oz Rum
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Triple sec
1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
Pour all ingredients over ice into a shaker. Shake a few times to blend, then pour into a tall glass. Ad a lemon wedge to garnish. Looks just like a raspberry ice tea. Drink two, then take a nap.

Chambord Margarita -- a fairly popular drink.
1/2 oz. Chambord
1 oz. gold tequila (use a nice Reposado -- rested -- tequila)
1/2 oz. triple sec
3 oz. margarita mix
You can blend these ingredients with ice (frozen Margarita), but I prefer everything shaken and poured "on the rocks." Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Bítches Tít -- haven't tried, and doesn't sound good to me:
1 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur
8 oz. Milk or Cream
Pour the Chambord and the milk/cream into a shaker and shake well. Pour into an glass filled with ice.
Note: by reducing the amount of milk and adding 2 ounces of Irish cream instead you have a drink that is commonly referred to as a Wet Pússy.
