Pros: small size, FM radio
Cons: major problems with USB interface, poor FM radio reception
The Bottom Line: Avoid this product. If you are lucky, it may work just fine. But if you have problems like I did, tech support will be of zero help.

| neocortx's Full Review: Cowon Systems iAUDIO CW200 (256 MB) MP3 Player |
I ordered the iAudio becaue I wanted a small size, solid-state, MP3 player with a decent amount of storage. While I had high hopes for the iAudio, I ended up being very disappointed.
I had major problems with the USB interface. The device would loose the connection after about 20-30 seconds which, of course, prevented me from loading more than a few MP3s at a time. So, I called tech support.
First, I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes just so an operator could take my number and have a "technician" call me back. After that, I waited 3 hours (!!) before tech support finally called. They insisted that the problem must be with the USB port on my laptop. Before they would help, I would have to connect the device to another computer to see if it worked on that machine. I told them that I did not have another computer available and, besides, it could not be my USB port because other devices worked just fine when connected to it (such as my digital camera, Palm Pilot, and a Maxtor external hard drive). This logic had no effect on them.
So, I returned my iAudio and will try another MP3 player by another company.
