Pros: Quality sound, easy to use and burn songs, huge storage.

Cons: Initially had frequent re-sets, but after downloading new firmware, the problem went away

My first MP3, and I purchased it after reviewing alot of players. It has a lot of bells and whistles, and with the EAX technology, has outstanding audio quality. It is easy to use, and has great software, and recording manageability. Huge storage.
