Indeed, you get what you pay for (or what the item's RRP is). I paid £15 (approx $20) for this camera as it was mispriced. What a fantastic camera for fifteen quid! Webcam, 100+ shots, long battery life, its great.
I was a bit surprised it didn't have a flash, as it definately looks like it has one in all picture's of the camera I've seen, but that "flash-like" thing is actually the viewfinder.
I would not pay $100+ for this camera. Maybe $50 max, but I got a fantastic deal, and I'm not parting with the camera for any cost. It's exactly what I wanted - a digital camera that is compact and can be used anywhere - unlike my Fujifilm 6900z. Of course, the pictures are nothing like that from the fujifilm, but they're clear and respectable.
Oh, and the webcam is fantastic.
