Pros: Great PDA. Excellent customer support.Uses more than one type of memory card.
Cons: Screen protector, case, stylus, extra batteries must be ordered from Dell.Screen protector
My last pda was a Sony Clie that I returned. This one was the best deal for the buck. You get memory slots and a lot of other features for about $300.It came with a case but I ordered another from Dell. The customer support from Dell is top notch. If youre in the market for one check the memory (installed) and speed.I hate the screen protector. Two pieces of cloudy plastic glued together.Thats really the only problem I have with the Axim.It dosent fit well into your pocket(shirt) but I carry mine in my front pocket. The unit seems to be durable.I dropped it once inside the case I ordered and no problem. You have to order everything from Dell. You cant go to best buy or whatever and get stylus or anything. The performance of the Axim is good.I cant understand why anyone would spend 600 bucks on an address book anyway. The speaker is not really good but with headphones you can have good sound. The tape recorder is ok.
