Pros: I actually like the USB ports in the front because they're easy to access.

Cons: I really do not see anything wrong with this computer. I love it.

I have this computer and I never had any major problems with it. There were about two times when I had a problem with it and I didn't have to call tech support or anything, the computer fixed the problem itself. I bought this product because I needed a computer to do my schoolwork on and I heard that Dell was a very good company and with my experiance with this computer it lived up to that. I love the fact that I never got any problems with this product. I've had mine for three years and it still works fine.
