Like everyone else has said, it's worth nothing. Before this printer (came with the new Dell), I used an HP Photosmart for 3 years. The quality between the two is extremely apparent, the HP is still printing great pictures and documents at my brother's house (*grumble*), while this one clogs up. First, the black went out, and Dell sent out a replacement. Once the Black was installed and cleaned, the Color was printing only pink. Setting the printer to print in Black & White is the current use, as they are sending a color cartridge. Since it is under warranty, and they send them pretty quickly, I will take advantage of the warranty replacements, and chuck it when it is no longer under it.
