I bought this system in Jan. '03 and was happy with the features. I'm not a computer wiz but I do use the computer 5-6 days a week for home & small business use.
However, within the first 3 weeks of buying this system, it started shutting down on me for no reason. I could be on the internet or off. I thought it was a minor glitch and ignored it. Well, 1 yr. later and it still does it. I know, I should have taken it to the place where I bought it, but having 3 children at home and running a home business, I couldn't be without my computer. So, I try to ignore it when it happens. What causes this, I don't know. This never happened to my other computers.
Other cons: Windows XP is constantly adding updates to patch something up(like that nasty virus over the summer '03, I got it & it took forever to get rid of it) Like I said before, I'm not a computer wiz and I know updates are good, but since catching that last virus, I'm skeptical of downloading anything from anybody.
Other than the problems listed above, I've been satisfied with my purchase. You get what you paid for, right?
