dante786's Full Review: Devil May Cry 3 for PlayStation 2
I can't really explain to you people about the qulity of this game... it takes my heart away. i'l give the review, trying not to cry.
this game is a prequel to the original devil may cry.(devil may cry is wicked, originaly designed as resident evil 4) as a massive fan of this franchise, i bough it staright away. even the begining intro was spectacular, this bought my spirit back to life after how suicidal devil may cry 2 was.
the game has practically all of the features of the orriginal, which were long swords, boxing gloves and guns. not to mention the gore. they've even added swearing in the game!
the most noticable new feature is the style systm. by this i mean that the player can oick and upgrade up to 6 styles. each being unique. this means that the use of the O button can change. one bit you can throw your sword, another bit you can shoot two people at once and you can even slow down time!
the graphics have improved massively. its like your watching a real film. now it's true this game is fairly short, but its hard as a magnet. on the first 7 missions, you can't use devil trigger(when dante transforms by pressing L1)! the bosses are all ridiculously hard, and some of them suck your health by kissing you!
