Pros: easy to upgrade if need be

Cons: to get rebates you might have to sign on with MSN

It was x-mas and I needed a new computer.What to do?? Well after much debate and shopping around, I decided on a Emachine 400i tower. After rebates and monitor all I payed for it was $138.00. What i got was a 400mhz, 32mb, 4.3gb hard drive, 40 speed cd-rom 56k modem, 3d agp graphic card. Like any other computer if you want something better just upgrade it yourself. Which I have since. I have upgraded my hard drive to 20.5Gb for $179.00 , got my self a cd-rw for $99.00 and I also got a 3dfx voodoo3 2000 card for $99.00. And so far it has worded great. You can do the same.

Remember with an emachine you can always upgrade with some other computers you may not.
