Thankyou for this review! I borrowed my aunt's similar machine, but couldn't find the fabric tool. You helped me find it under the squeegee! I wish she hadn't lost the instructions, LOL.

Eureka does have another steamer that is just for floors. The one I reviewed is a hand-held device, and, while I used it to clean my tile bathroom floor, it is not practical to use it to clean full size floors. I personally do not like to be down on my hands and knees for too long a time. I'm not as young as I used to be. (Help, I'm down here, and I can't get up!)

I have seen this advertised on tv but thought it was mainly for floors. Your multi-use experience has me convinced that it is an appliance that will not sit in the closet never to see the light of day. Thanks for writing such an excellent review.

Thanks for your comment. I am really having fun with this appliance. I know that the novelty will wear off, but yesterday I took it to my mom's house and cleaned her faucets and kitchen sink. Still needed Limeaway for the hard water crud, but got great results otherwise. I'm thinking of trying to steam clean the motor in my van. Pat
